For Chartered Accountants
NRI work, without the two browser windows
A workbench built for the matters that eat your week. The client's document on one side, the computation on the other, the sections cited on every line, and the deliverable on your own letterhead at the end of it.
Free while we are in pilot. Your cases and clients stay private to your firm.
matters it prepares end to end, from a property sale to a PFIC excess distribution
forms it drafts: 15CA, 15CB, Form 13 annexure, 10F, 67, 27Q, challan, ITR-2 and ITR-3 JSON
independent reads of every document before a figure is used, reconciled and flagged where they differ
How a case runs
- 1
Open the case
Pick the matter and the workspace fills in the document checklist and the statutory dates that matter already implies. No more typing 31 July into every new case.
- 2
Collect the papers
Share one link. The client uploads without an account, and every file is checked against what the case actually needs before it reaches you.
- 3
Read and compute
The client's statement sits on the left, the figures on the right. Figures are read from the documents twice and reconciled; the tax itself is computed by code, never by a language model.
- 4
Sign and file
Out comes a working paper with the authority on every line, then the form itself: 15CB, Form 13 annexure, Form 10F, Form 67, 27Q, the challan, or an ITR JSON to validate in the utility.
What it will not do
You sign the return. So the product is built around what has to be true before you can.
The maths is code, not a chatbot
Every number comes from a deterministic calculator with unit tests behind it. The AI only reads figures off documents and drafts prose. A model that quietly invents a rate is the one thing a CA cannot sign.
Every line cites its authority
The working paper names the section, rule or circular each step rests on, so review is reading, not re-deriving.
Correct it once
Change a figure or a position and the case recomputes, and your correction goes to your firm's own ledger. Your practice's judgment stays yours, not pooled into somebody else's.
Your name on the page
Your letterhead, firm registration number, signatory and membership number. UDIN stays blank because it is generated per assignment when you sign.
And the rest of the practice
- A morning board: what is overdue, who owes documents, whose papers are all in
- One-tap follow-up to chase a client on WhatsApp or email
- Deadlines as a calendar feed you can subscribe to
- Fees billed and fees received, reconciled against your bank statement
- Search across clients and cases by name, phone, PAN or matter
- A filing pack: every deliverable on a case, bundled and printable
Try it on a real case
Create a workspace, load the worked example, and see the whole run from messy facts to a signed computation. It takes about five minutes.
