Running a larger company

What applies once you're past ₹10 crore turnover

Cross-border payments, foreign investors or an overseas parent start putting real filings on your calendar once you cross roughly ₹10 crore in turnover, and they don't stop as the company grows further. Transfer pricing, RBI reporting after each funding round, ESOP compliance, board governance and related-party scrutiny all move from occasional to routine here, whether you've just crossed the threshold or built a large, established company. This is a single NRI-owned company that's grown, not a foreign multinational entering India, so the compliance load scales with the company itself, not with a parent group.
